We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we strive to make the returns and refund process as easy as possible. 1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, free from any damage or alterations. It must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

Time Frame: You can return your items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns due to their nature. These include, but are not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been assembled or used
- Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@zydasonali.com or call us at (208) 642-4120 with your order details. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number is required to process your return. Please note that items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.

Packaging: Please repackage the items securely in their original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Shipping the Return: Once you receive the RA number, ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered to us. We recommend insuring the package for its full value to protect against loss or damage.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, you can initiate the return process and then place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange products. However, we will be happy to assist you through the return and reordering process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference. In such cases, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.
Please provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect when contacting us, as this will help us process your claim more efficiently.
7. Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank or credit card statement. If there are no updates, contact your bank as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
